ALBENDAZOLE 300 BOLUS
A broad spectrum anthelmintic for control of mature and developing immature forms of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, tapeworms and adult liver fluke in cattle, camels, sheep & goats.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
Each Bolus contains: Albendazole 300mg Excipients s.q. up to 1 bolus.
INDICATIONS:
Broad spectrum anthelmintic for control of the following infections in calves, sheep and goats:
Larval and adult stages of gastro-intestinal nematodes: Trichostrongylus spp.,
Oesophagostomum spp., Cooperia spp., Nematodirus spp., Capillaria spp., Bunostomum spp., Strongyloides spp .
Adult and larval lungworm nematodes: Dictyocaulus viviparus in cattle
Adult liver flukes (cattle):Fasciola hepatica, Fasciola gigantica, Fascioloides
magna, Paramphistoma.
Tapeworms (removing of segments and scolices): Moniezia spp.
Moreover, at recommended doses albendazole shows ovicidal activity against nematodal
and fluke eggs.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For oral administration
Cattle and Camels:
3 boluses per 100 kg b.w.
4 boluses /100 kg b.w. (against liverflukes).
Sheep and goats:
I bolus /50 kg b.w.
1 bolus / 30 kg b.w. If used against liverflukes.
